How to build up ethical government? A research based on ethical governance and anti-corruption policies in China

Abstract

Most people live in this world are under safeguarded by the governments. All governments are trying to be a high-efficient, friendly, helpful government to its people. At meanwhile, all governments should face the difficulties such as low-efficient, unsatisfied feedback and so on. This research mainly focus on how to build up an ethical government based on the ethical governance and anti-corruption policies in China.

The main purpose of this thesis is to state that ethical governance and anti-corruption policies are important because it involves the correct ideas, values and elements needed for a successful government. Trust in public administration is closely related to governmental performance; ethical governance helps governments to achieve the expected or expected performance of anti-corruption.

Since the research is based on the ethical governance and anti-corruption policies in China, a qualitative analysis and a case study will be conducted. From the enlightenment and the analysis of these two examples, why anti-corruption policy is important and how government cooperated or assisted by people and why ethical government is needed and how to build up an ethical government will be answered.
