New technologies are currently dynamically reinventing the environment of human resource development (HRD) on a global scale. The truth is that the rapid advancement and wide-scale adoption of revolutionary technologies are radically changing the interaction between companies and employees. Organizations and people are becoming more skilled at implementing and customizing new technology. HRD experts must embrace and take the lead in this technology driven organizational change. It is important to analyze how technology may have affected or is changing organizational practices and employees’ behaviors when taking into account how technology is integrated in organizational systems. There hasn't been much research on how technology adoption and adaptation could influence the many aspects of employees and management in HRD. Our world is becoming more complex, thus there is a growing need to better understand how employees adopt international technologies. This study intends to offer a framework for evaluating and delineating the different facets of an employee's international technology adaption process, as well as how HRD might facilitate the process.-
