dc.description.abstractBusiness innovation is considered as the most important and efficient business strategy to react the competitive industry. This research discusses the current situation regarding of internally implementing the process of business innovation in Marioff by interviewing the managements in the company. Based on the interview results, this research also analysis the interview data and do literature review in order to come up with a feasible process of doing business innovation for Marioff in order to support controllable and profitable growth. The case study of Marioff could contribute to the future study on business innovation in traditional manufactory industry.
