This study explores the link between international entrepreneurial orientation (IEO) and sustainable entrepreneurship internationalisation (SEI), viewed through the lens of business process integration and management (BPIM). Using the Uppsala model as a framework, it investigates how sustainability-focused strategic approaches are put into practice through integrated business processes and dynamic capabilities. The research demonstrates how integrating sustainability into key internationalisation activities, such as market entry, supply chain management, and stakeholder engagement, influences performance at various stages. It identifies dynamic capabilities as critical drivers of process change and success, emphasising the importance of triggers in guiding sustainable internationalisation. By examining the interaction between IEO, sustainability, and internationalisation from a process-oriented perspective, the study offers both theoretical and practical insights, deepening understanding of the internationalisation process as a managed, integrated system fuelled by sustainability.
