Tiivistelmä
The goal of this thesis is to develop a self-assessment model to be used as a tool in ICL Invia’s eBusiness Solutions. The purpose of this method is to produce information for strategy development. The research approach is constructive.
The theory section consists of three parts. The first part discusses self-assessment while the second one introduces continuous improvement. The third part concentrates on AHP, which is used as an analysis method.
The empirical section describes the developed self-assessment model including a set of questions and logic for assessment based on continuous improvement. The study presents the implementation of self-assessment process and introduces the analysis of achieved results.
Finally there is an evaluation about obtained results and a suggestion for possible development targets. Also a personal reflection of the research process and results are introduced.
